These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Retails-Online platform (“Platform”) owned and operated by Labot Consults Ltd (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations. 5. Marketplace Transactions

The Platform allows users to engage in transactions, including buying, selling, and trading goods and services. All transactions on the Platform are between the respective users, and Labot Consults Ltd is not a party to any transaction.

Disclaimer: Labot Consults Ltd shall not be held responsible or liable for any transactions or interactions that occur outside the Platform between users. Users engage in such activities at their own risk.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of Labot Consults Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the Platform without our prior written permission.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Labot Consults Ltd. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Labot Consults Ltd, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Platform.
• Any transactions entered into through the Platform.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Any other matter relating to the Platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Labot Consults Ltd, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in these jurisdictions for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any updates or changes.
